CELL BIOLOGY Eukaryotic cells: primary cultures of cell lines isolated from peripheral blood and tumors. Depletion of cellular subpopulations. Transformation of B lymphocytes with Epstein Barr. Generation and production of dendritic cells, macrophages and antigen-specific. T-lymphocytes. Analysis of effector functions of T cells. ELISPOT. Direct and indirect immunofluorescence. Expert in cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
