Module:
· Knowledge of the pathology of the main and sub cellular structures
of the most important structural changes in the interstitial matrix· Knowledge of the main fields of application of diagnostic scanning electron microscopy and transmission·
Learning ultrastructural methods most commonly used in the study of
biological specimens for diagnostic purposes: basic protocol for the
preparation of samples for ultrastructural (TEM) for diagnostic
purposes; observation techniques; collection of documentation· Knowledge of the techniques used for electron microscopy as
indicated by the second choice in the diagnosis histopathology:
Inclusion methods for electron microscopy (TEM) samples already prepared
for histology or cytology·
Knowledge of the application of the diagnostic ultrastructural methods
of "special" (sections and pre-inclusion) necessary or useful to the
diagnosis; Histochemistry enzyme; immunohistochemistry.· Application of electron microscopy with reference to methods of cessation pro for Freeze-Fracture and Fracture-Label.· Determination of morphometric evaluation techniques and incubation in preparations adapted for the diagnostic ultrastructural
