- provide knowledge of the characteristics and principles of use of CT and RM equipment

- to illustrate the main guidelines for the execution of MRI studies of the various organs and apparatuses, as well as the ability to recognize on images: segment examined, scan plane, type of sequence used.

- provide specific knowledge for the application of radiological study techniques to the Central Nervous System.

- to illustrate the current role of vascular and interventional radiology in the diagnosis and therapy of different diseases, and to make students aware of the angiographic materials and the technical problems related to the different procedures.

- to provide knowledge about anatomy and pathology of the upper airways and their correlation with imaging diagnostics.

The teacher delivers lectures with traditional methods with audiovisual aids and scheduling of lessons as reported on GOMP Classroom /timetable system, published on the website of the Course. Following the Regulations of the Course, the student is required to compulsorily attend the teaching and professionalizing activities. The frequency is checked by the teachers through signature updated lists provided by the Didactic Secretariat as established by the CCL, on the Academic Presidency indication, as established by CCL. The certificate of attendance to the teaching course is required to the student to be admitted at the final test.
