students must acquire knowledge and understanding of the principles of planning, organization and management of health services in the area of ​​jurisdiction. The graduate in "Obstetrics" must demonstrate knowledge and understanding in the field of forensic medicine, in particular in matters relating to personal injuries that may possibly occur in the course of professional activity, matters relating to the causal link and the related articles of the penal code, the profiles of healthcare liability and the current legislation (Gelli-Bianco law), the issues relating to the drafting of the report, the regulatory and ethical references of professional secrecy, the principles of social insurance, and in particular the evaluation of accidents at work and occupational diseases.
