To know the fundamentals on emergency medicine and primary care: acute patient, respiratory support, ventilation, resuscitation and neurological function. To be able to know how to use protocols to evaluate the patient in critical area and be able to develop plans for aimed and individualizedrehabilitation intervention, taking into account the specificclinical, environmental and emotional conditions. - Septic shock: etiopathogenesis, clinical and laboratory signs. Diagnostic-therapeutic algorithm.

- Acute abdominal syndromes: classification of acute abdominal pain (visceral, somatic, visceral reported), evaluation of a patient with acute abdomen, acute peritonitis syndromes, abdominal syndromes based on the sites of pain (right hypocondrium, right iliac fossa, epimesogastrio, left hypochondrium, left iliac fossa, hypogastrium).

- Digestive haemorrhages: epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, severity criteria. Diagnostic-therapeutic algorithm.
