Objectives
At the end of the course, the student must know the rules and guidelines for the professional activity of dental hygienist and the principles that regulate the organization planned for the national health system. The student acquires knowledge about the organization and management of a clinic and the quality management system. The student must know the systems of ergonomics and professional organization and the professional regulations at national and EU level. He will have to be able to interpret a normative text related to the practice of the dental hygienist health profession and to analyze the organizational choices.

Il modulo approfondisce il contesto legislativo e deontologico che regola l’esercizio della professione, con particolare attenzione ai principi del Codice Deontologico, alla responsabilità professionale e all’importanza della documentazione e dei protocolli operativi.
Verranno inoltre analizzati gli aspetti legali attraverso casi e scenari reali, per favorire una maggiore consapevolezza etica e giuridica nell’agire professionale.
This module explores the legislative and ethical framework governing professional practice, with particular attention to the principles of the Code of Ethics, professional responsibility, and the importance of documentation and operational protocols.
