At the end of the course the student must know how to perform bibliographic research and use databases.
At the end of the course the student must be able to consult the databases, carry out bibliographic research, indispensable bibliographic research for the preparation of the final thesis.

in order to understand the teaching content and to achieve the learning objectives, at the beginning of the didactic activities foreseen by the didactic module the student must possess the basic knowledge of scientific English. no prerequisites are requested.

Professional lab on specific technical and operative topics about pubmed using (20hs)

For the exam, we suggest a theoretical deepening already from the beginning of the course attendance.
For consultation and study, the recommended books are:
Lecture notes and scientific articles

The teacher provides lectures with traditional methods with audiovisual aids and scheduling of lessons as on the website of the Dental Hygiene School.

Following paragraph 5 of the Regulations of the Dental Hygiene School, the student is required to attend educational activities, formal, non-formal, vocational. The frequency is checked by the teachers through signature / updated lists provided by the Academic Office, as established by CCLID. The certificate of mandatory attendance to the teaching course is required to the student to be admitted at the final test

To pass the exam, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired sufficient knowledge of the topics covered during the course .
The evaluation consists of a suitability to be obtained following the evaluation of written and oral tests and attendance, active participation, reasoning skills and autonomous study.
