Educational objectives The course intends to focus on the main transformations of the European and international economy and to guide students in understanding the process of economic development. In particular, the student of Economics, accustomed to handling abstract models, could be induced to simplify reality while, retracing the different paths that have characterized the development processes of the various countries, he is encouraged to avoid homogenization. The study of this subject allows students to acquire the necessary tools to analyze the evolution of the economy in the very long term and to establish the necessary interrelationships between the transformations of the markets and of new technologies and the economic and social realities. The student will therefore be able to better understand the origin and consequences of the great inequalities that the contemporary world presents, the growth of the production capacities of the most dynamic Western economies and the development difficulties of some parts of the world.

Educational objectives The course aims to provide the student with specific knowledge regarding the
real estate sector, so that the latter acquires an overall view of the issues
of real estate law in its various forms, concerning the contractual sector of goods
real estate and real rights in general, as well as the new economic and contractual realities of the
globalized market. In this way, he will acquire the ability to move within the multiples
legal cases, from the new types of sale (transfers of volume, timeshare,
contracts with builders) to the management of co-ownership situations (condominium in the
buildings), to the publicity system of the documents (transcription) In addition, he will acquire specific skills
in the context of the classification of assets in public registers (cadastre and real estate registers).
