The Degree Programme in Nursing, Course E of Sapienza University of Rome (Department of Public Health and Infectious Diseases) at S. Spirito Hosital of Rome, proposes to train nursing professionals according to Ministerial Decree 739/94 and 270/2004 of the current academic system. The Degree Programme ensures the acquisition of an adequate mastery of methods and general and specific scientific content through the attainment of 180 credits divided over three years.

The training process ends with the final degree exam which has both a theoretical and practical nature and has the value of a professional licensing exam. By agreement between Sapienza and the ASL Rome 1 local health structure, lessons take place in S. Spirito Hospital facilities and are taught by Sapienza professors and experienced professionals of ASL Rome 1.
