The Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering is subject to an access type based on a number of available places programmed at a local level.

Enrolment is therefore subject to an admission test. This procedure involves conducting a test to verify the possession of adequate knowledge and skills in the areas of mathematics, logic, science and verbal comprehension, based on multiple choice questions. In this context, to be admitted to the Bachelors Degree, the student must achieve a useful position in the ranking based on the score obtained in the test, depending on the number of places available.

The modalities of participation in the admission test, the methods of carrying out the test (expected dates, duration of the test, structure and articulation of the questions, determination of the score), and all other information deemed useful for the admission to the Bachelors Degree are illustrated in detail in the call for applications, prepared each year by the faculty concerned and published on the website www.uniroma1.it.

Students from other Degree Programmes of Sapienza or other Universities are not required to take part in the admission test, where both of the following conditions are met:

i) have submitted an application for a transfer to the Sapienza Management Engineering Bachelors Degree at the Student Affairs Office within the established terms;

ii) have acquired, within the Bachelors Degree of origin, at least 24 credits (ECTS) in the groups of Academic Sectors (SSD) specified in the call, validated and valid for admission to the years following the first of the Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering of Sapienza.

It should be noted that requests for transfer can be accepted only in the case of availability of places for admission to the years following the first, in compliance with the planned annual programme.

Students already enrolled in old Academic systems are invited to apply for the transfer to the Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering organized according to the current Academic system (D.M. 270/04); the AEB will, in such cases, define the criteria for the recognition of the acquired credits.

The assignment of Additional Learning Requirements (ALR), to be carried out within the first year of the course, is foreseen for students who, despite having achieved a useful position in the ranking of merit for the purposes of enrolment, have not exceeded a threshold minimum score based on the test result.

The modalities for the accomplishment of any ALR and all other information deemed useful for the admission to the Bachelors Degree are illustrated in detail in the call for applications, prepared each year by the faculty concerned and published on the website www.uniroma1.it.
