General Instructions

To be able to book for any optional exam through the INFOSTUD system, it is necessary to have presented a Study Plan and this should have been approved in time.

For students enrolled in the Bachelors in the 2019/2020 A.Y. it is not necessary to present The Study Plan in the first time window: it is possible to book first year – first semester exams through INFOSTUD without the approval of a Study Plan.

For problems related to Study Plans, students can contact (by appointment to be fixed via e-mail) to:

- Prof. M. De Santis (marianna.desantis@uniroma1.it)

Presentation of the Study Plan (or the modification of a previously approved one) can take place only once per Academic Year, in one of the two time windows provided for

Study Plans presented outside these windows will not be accepted.

The last Study Plan presented and approved replaces the one presented and approved previously.

Students who do not intend to change the previously approved Study Plan must not submit a new one.

In case the Study Plan is rejected, the modified study plan must be re-presented as suggested in the reasons for the refusal.

Students should consider that the approval of the Study Plans is not immediate.

For the purposes of obtaining the Bachelors Degree, it is necessary to have presented a Study Plan and that this has been approved. Furthermore, it is necessary that the exams actually taken correspond exactly to those listed in the approved Study Plan.

Students enrolled starting from A.Y. 2011/12 will have to present the study plan through INFOSTUD using the Study Plan management system.

Students must comply with the following indications, otherwise the Study Plan will not be approved: within the management system of the Study Plans the students will have to

1) select, the curriculum called "Management Engineering (Training path valid also for the purposes of achieving the double Degree Italian-French and Italian-Venezuelan)";

2) select exams exclusively on the basis of the Programme Regulations corresponding to the Academic Year of enrolment (downloadable from the following link;

3) select the "Calculus of Probability" Course among the first year courses and the Course "Institutions of Economics" among the second year courses;

4) if you want to select the "Statistics" course, enter it in the third year;

5) if you want to select the teaching "Macroeconomics", enter it in the third year.

Students enrolled before the Academic Year 2011/2012

The Study Plans may be presented no later than March 31st of each Academic Year. Derogation on this date is ONLY provided for students who are in ERASMUS during the period of presentation of the Plans. These students are required to present the Study Plan upon their return to Italy.

The presentation takes place through the website www.didatticaingegneria.it

The student must register on the site (if not yet registered), choose one of the available Manifestos and complete the Study Plan. Pay particular attention to the choice of the Manifesto – General Regulations for Sapienza Students corresponding to your situation.

After receiving communication via e-mail that the Plan has been approved, the student must print, sign and deliver within 7 days of the communication of approval the Plan in envelope, with the title: “PIANO DI STUDIO LAUREA DM 509”. The delivery must take place by inserting the envelope in the Management Engineering mailbox located on the ground floor of the Department of Computer, Automatic and Management Engineering, via Ariosto 25.

Plans will not be considered if a hard copy has not been delivered within one week of the approval by e-mail or which have not been properly signed.

The Honours Programme is provided for the Masters Degree. Read all the information at the following page.
