Objectives
the lessons are designed to provide the needed notions to understand the evolution of the medical science. In particular, the program aim to shed light on the relationship between medicine and society, stressing the development of the medical ethics in the history. That allows to shed light on the connection between the international reflections and regulations concerning the medical experimentation and practice after the Nuremberg Trial and the actual medical bioethics, by a comparison with the actual medicine and the modern concept of health and medical profession the health professions
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to implement communication techniques and healthcare information methodologies; assess patients' understanding of healthcare information; identify the effects of hospitalization and prevention strategies; recognize the main clinical conditions related to hospitalization and healthcare issues; and plan clinical care for typical clinical conditions. In particular, the program aim to shed light on the relationship between medicine and society, stressing the development of the medical ethics in the history.
