THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING
Course objectives
The course aims to provide the basic elements for understanding the radiation interaction of ionizing radiation with matter. The most important physical quantities will be introduced for the measurement of the energy deposited in the matter with a description of the main tools for determining these quantities. The basic elements of the fundamental principles of radiation protection will be provided. The basic operating physical principles of High Technologies radiological equipment will also be treated.
