1. The concept of work in economics, law, philosophy, anthropology, and sociology; the culture of work in Taylorism and Social Doctrine; and the specific nature of work in the healthcare sector. 2. Work and organizational variables: classification, objectives, structure, technological systems, organizational systems, compensation systems, work environment and organization, organizational cultures. 3. Task variables: operational, technical-specialist, managerial, and administrative tasks. 4. Individual subjective variables (skills and personality, motivation at work, analysis of reality and decision making, job satisfaction). 5. Self-awareness and awareness of others in the workplace: emotional intelligence and the evaluation of communicative exchanges, from the perspective of Transactional Analysis (ego states, behavioral cues for recognizing ego states; Transaction Analysis and complementary, cross-over, and additional transactions, caresses or acknowledgements).
