Course program
The Professional Laboratory focuses on developing advanced skills in designing, managing and evaluating complex interventions in healthcare settings. The programme integrates fundamentals of educational innovation with project management principles, following the framework of the ISIPM Guide to Project Management Knowledge.
Topics include context and stakeholder analysis, needs assessment, definition of objectives and learning outcomes, activity planning, management of time, resources and constraints, risk and critical issue analysis using structured tools (SWOT, Ishikawa), representation of decision-making and operational processes through flow charts, scheduling through Gantt charts, and project monitoring.
The course includes an applied artificial intelligence laboratory aimed at the conscious use of AI tools to support project design, data analysis, educational content development and evaluation. Applied research is integrated as a support to planning decisions through literature review, data collection and interpretation, and the use of assessment and feedback tools. Teaching activities include practical laboratories, project work, group activities, simulations and development of effective presentations to communicate outcomes.
