Al termine del corso, gli studenti saranno in grado di:
Comprendere i princìpi fondamentali del diritto pubblico: conoscere le nozioni di Stato, sovranità, costituzione, e i principali organi costituzionali.
Analizzare le fonti del diritto pubblico: identificare e interpretare le fonti normative, con particolare attenzione alla Costituzione italiana e alle leggi ordinarie.
Descrivere l’organizzazione dello Stato e dei suoi organi: conoscere le funzioni e le competenze del Parlamento, del Governo, del Presidente della Repubblica e della Magistratura.
Applicare i principi costituzionali alle situazioni pratiche: valutare casi concreti riguardanti i diritti fondamentali, la separazione dei poteri e il controllo di costituzionalità.
Sviluppare capacità di analisi critica: discutere le tematiche di diritto pubblico con un approccio critico e consapevole, anche attraverso lo studio di casi giurisprudenziali.
Utilizzare correttamente il lessico giuridico: adottare un linguaggio appropriato per la descrizione e l’analisi delle istituzioni di diritto pubblico.
