Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student must know the regulations concerning the organization of the rehabilitation area Health Professions within the SSN health facilities, the main business processes, the mission and functions and roles, the gradation of roles within the Department of Health Professions.
Have acquired notions relating to leadership, communication and team building in healthcare

2. The business processes, the corporate structure. Founding principles of
departmental organization. The organizational model of the company
Health. The corporate deed. The organization chart. The Department
Integrated Care (DAI). The graduation of functions within the
COME ON.
3. The Department of Health Professions. The Complex Operating Unit
of rehabilitation within the Department of Health Professions.
4. Management for the rehabilitation health professions:
legal framework and functions of the coordinator and manager.
5. Leadership. Vision, communication, sharing, coaching.
Leadership styles and emotional intelligence and characteristics of the leader.
