Objectives
The course Audiometric Diagnostics I aims to provide students with the fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge required to assess auditory and vestibular function. The course is designed to develop skills in the use of the main audiometric techniques, the interpretation of diagnostic results, and the identification of different types of hearing loss. Special attention is given to the acquisition of technical and clinical competencies useful for the prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring of hearing disorders, promoting a professional approach based on accuracy, critical observation, and patient-centered care.
