During the course of the teaching, the student is required to achieve specific clinical and professional skills and skills both diagnostic and clinical-therapeutic. The training will take place as a mandatory internship; this tutorial teaching activity involves for the student the execution of practical activities with wide degrees of autonomy, operating under the direct control of a teacher-tutor.
Upon completion of the course, the student must acquire skills and clinical skills through the professional training activities that will cover the specific specialist areas included in the teaching. These skills will be certified by the teacher only after the actual achievement and will be evaluated in the context of the assignment of the final examination of the teaching.
The training objectives of the integrated course will cover the specialist areas of ORAL SURGERY, PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY, RESTORATIVE - CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY, ORTHODONTICS.

Upon completion of the course, the student will know the application modalities of dental therapies in the areas of Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Restorative Dentistry, with emphasis on how to manage patients with multidisciplinary needs.
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to apply the knowledge acquired in the previous years' disciplinary courses and that attained through practical clinical application skills with the correct and consistently timed execution of therapeutic steps.
Through a critical review of practical therapeutic modalities, the student will acquire judgment skills regarding the appropriateness and feasibility of therapeutic plans, with an emphasis on sharing them with the patient.
Through direct management of therapeutic phases, the student will be stimulated to develop communication skills with colleagues, supportive healthcare staff, and patients. Consequently, the acquisition of the predisposition for cultural updating in the study of innovative therapeutic modalities will be related.

The student must have acquired skills related to the disciplines included in the integrated course, certified by the frequency anticipated in lectures and vocational training of the previous year's course. The necessary skills will be relevant to the knowledge (to know) and the clinical application of such knowledge (skills).

Practical activities, laboratory activities /exercises (20 hours):

Planning of a diagnostic pathway.
Planning of a treatment.
Planning a treatment plan for a patient with orthodontic problems
Planning a treatment plan for an adult patient with orthodontic problems
Strategies of treatment in cases with multidisciplinary problems
Clinical Management and presentation of clinical cases according to the concept of “problem-solving"
Training in hospital, acquisition of further knowledge and competencies within orthodontics: the exact execution of specific professional activities [Minimum Requirements]

The teaching provided in the module also provides clinical professionalizing activities with the help of audiovisual. The vocational activity stimulates the active participation of students through group work, case analysis, preparation of processed and/or research.
The teacher also uses e-learning platforms and other modes of teaching aid at a distance, with lectures, seminars, simulations, case studies, internships with the use of telematic media, useful for the achievement of educational goals.
The professionalizing practical educational activities are carried out, such as clinical training of the patient at the clinic related to the disciplines integrated throughout.
These activities are carried out according to a specific training program, providing for the acquisition of core responsibilities, in parallel with the relevant expertise, with a structured educational process during the year, in which it is structured teaching.
The overall organization of the lessons is issued in advance and made known to the secretary of the Course.
