Programme

Module: PSICOLOGY OF COMMUNICATIONS

The course will address issues related to the approach to obstetric and gynecological patients from an obstetric perspective. Topics related to the reception of obstetric patients will be covered, both in the inpatient ward, the delivery room, and the emergency room. Lessons will therefore focus on the obstetric and nursing approach to pregnant patients, with particular emphasis on their care, their needs, and the assessments that must be taken into account, particularly in emergency/urgent situations. Issues related to the management of gynecological patients from a obstetric/nursing perspective will be addressed, both in the emergency room, the inpatient ward, and the operating room.Suggestions and guidance will also be provided regarding the most appropriate counseling to be adopted in both elective and emergency/urgent situations for obstetric and gynecological patients.
