The child: developmental theories, research, treatments, educational, social, health and economic interests based on new demographic trends and the transformation of the family.
2. The abi/rehabilitative approach to childhood neuropsychiatric disorders.
The clinical characteristics of childhood neuropsychiatric disorders of rehabilitative interest.
Measurement of the quality and appropriateness of neuro-psychomotor rehabilitation intervention.
The development profile, the disorder profile and the neuro-psychomotor assessment.
The developmental appointments.
The factors that favor the child's adaptation.
Taking charge/caring for the child with neuropsychiatric pathology
and the rehabilitation team.
The rehabilitation setting and the therapist's body as a tool for interaction
with the child.
The role of parents in the clinical/rehabilitative care process.
3. The main stages of neuromotor development and grasping, sensory, feeding and sleep.
4. The newborn at neurodevelopmental risk (high risk, low risk) The premature/preterm newborn.
The "NIDCAP" Individualized evaluation and care program for the development of the newborn.
Postural care, skin containment, protected environment, organization
of biological rhythms, feeding, analgesia, consolability, skin-to-skin contact.
5. The multidisciplinary follow-up, development of a program for the home-based rehabilitation care of the low-risk newborn and/or the newborn discharged from the NICU.
Postural, motor, sensory facilitations, for the organization of biological rhythms,
for the acquisition of communication skills.
6. Summary of rehabilitation intervention methodologies in childhood neuromotor disorders. From neuro-facilitation techniques to the use of evidence-based clinical practice (neural plasticity, mirror neurons)
