A merit-based competition titled “Wanted the best” is being held to award 100 annual scholarships of €3,000.00 (gross of statutory IRPEF and IRAP withholdings, to be borne by the recipients and the University), intended for students who have earned a first-level (bachelor’s) degree from Italian universities other than Sapienza, with a grade between 105/110 and 110/110 with honors, and who enroll in a master’s degree program at this University during the 2026–2027 academic year.
The deadline for submitting applications is October 30, 2026.
The eligibility requirements for the competition are set forth in Article 2 of the competition announcement.
The application procedure is outlined in Article 3 of the competition announcement.
The scholarship will be paid in a single lump sum, net of statutory withholdings for which the student is responsible, on the sole condition that the successful applicants have actually enrolled in a master’s degree program at Sapienza for the 2026–2027 academic year, in compliance with the enrollment deadline specified in the admission notice for the master’s degree program.
