Objectives
Learn the main characteristics of central and peripheral nervous system diseases. Understand the anatomical-functional organization of the central and peripheral nervous system. Learn the main clinical characteristics of various neurological pathologies including alterations in the state of consciousness and coma, epilepsies, sleep disorders, neurodegenerative, inflammatory, dysimmune and infectious diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. Know how to program and interpret the main diagnostic techniques (clinical and instrumental) and clinical maneuvers adopted in neurology. Understand the main drug therapies.
The student will then have to acquire the skills necessary to identify the risk factors inherent in physical inactivity for non-communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, tumors and diabetes. It must also be able to describe the benefits that physical activity can bring to people with non-communicable diseases and the contribution to the prevention and well-being of the individual
