The aim of the course is to learn the main family law institutions, in order to make the student acquire the essential tools of legal language, the ability to consciously approach the methods of documentation on regulatory sources, doctrine and jurisprudence.

The course of family Law is a monographic Course that offers the students a complete knowledge of family models and child law. The course includes the Analysis of the recent Reforma Cartabia

The valutazione tools are:

1) a final oral exam for evaluate comprehension of general principles and topics (50%)

2) a pre written exam which consists of an essay on a national and comparative family subject to evaluate citrical and autonomous reasoning (25%)

3) a pre oral evaluation which consists of a public critical exposure of a case (25%)
