The objective of the course is to provide students with adequate knowledge of the industrial relations model in our constitutional system, with particular reference to the current role of the union, as a subject of pluralism, in guaranteeing the enjoyment of trade union rights, in the collective bargaining system, management of collective conflict; as well as in the face of major transitions (digital, ecological, demographic) and business crises. This, in light not only of the most authoritative doctrine on the matter, but also of the constitutional jurisprudential evolution of legitimacy and of the supranational courts.

APPLIED KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The result proposed at the end of the course is that the student is able to understand the functioning of trade union relations, both at a national level and within companies, with the contribution also of external testimonies from representatives of the industrial and trade union world, of the public system and audio video material

AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT
The expected result at the end of the course is that the student has developed a sufficiently autonomous analytical ability of the industrial relations system.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Upon completion of the course, the student must be able to present the knowledge learned in an adequate way, with the ability to develop appropriate connections within the subject, with suitable technical/legal language.

LEARNING ABILITY
At the end of the course the expected result is that the student is able not only to be able to continue the in-depth study of the topics studied, but also to position himself as a possible operator of the industrial relations system.
