General criteria to plan hospital plants and technological systems; buildings and plants. Comfort conditions in hospital: air quality, thermohygrometric, acoustic and visual comfort; reference standard. Preliminary design of components and networks. Air quality and biocontamination. Air quality test and control; reference standard. Risk assesment. Noise control. Cooling, heating and co-generation systems. Sterilization; reference standard. Medical gases production, storage and distribution; reference standard. Water supply, discharge pipes, and distribution pipelines; Legionella prevention. Fire system; fire prevention and protection; components and devices; water storage and distribution pipelines; reference standard. Water quality.
