Objectives
To acquire knowledge of an integrated framework of the main conceptual categories of discipline and at the same time, of some important empirical acquisitions related to this framework. The student will be able to apply the knowledge acquired for the purposes of a more mature critical awareness in the comparison between the legal systems and will be able to autonomously interpret the legislation in force in the countries subject to his work interest or in-depth study of university or research.At the end of the course the student will also have acquired the basis for further independent learning in the field of Comparative Public Law and will be able to proceed with a relative autonomy to update the acquired knowledge.
