Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Know, understand, and classify the biological, biomechanical, aesthetic, and functional principles of prosthetic rehabilitation on natural teeth and implants.

2. Apply the knowledge acquired to formulate a correct diagnosis and a personalized prosthetic treatment plan based on the patient's needs.

Prerequisites
In order to fully understand the course content and achieve the learning objectives, students must have a basic knowledge of dental anatomy, head and neck anatomy, dental materials science, and prosthetic technologies acquired in previous courses. These skills are essential for learning and clinically applying the principles of prosthetic rehabilitation.

Lessons mode
Teaching is delivered in traditional classroom format, supported by multimedia and audiovisual aids (presentations, clinical images, demonstration videos).
Lectures are held according to the official timetable available on the GOMP Classrooms/Timetable System and published on the Degree Program website.
Frequency
Attendance to the Master’s Degree Course in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics is mandatory.
Students are required to attend at least 75% of the total teaching hours, including lectures, integrative learning activities, and clinical training, as a prerequisite for admission to the final examinations.
Attendance is verified by the teaching staff through roll call or classroom registration.
Exam mode
To pass the exam, students must obtain a grade of at least 18/30 in each module.
The final assessment takes into account the theoretical-practical test and performance in the clinical internship, which contributes to the overall grade based on the level of autonomy, applied skills, and critical maturity demonstrated.
The final grade, expressed in thirtieths, is derived from the weighted average of the module assessments.
The maximum score (30/30 with honors) is awarded to students who demonstrate excellent, in-depth, and integrated knowledge of the program topics and the ability to process them critically and coherently.
