The training aims to provide theoretical knowledge on the phenomenon of gender-based violence, its different forms and the contexts in which it can occur, with a focus on the family and work environment. Attendees will acquire skills on the topic of gender-based violence through a transdisciplinary approach, ranging from the social, political, economic and humanities sciences to the legal, medical and psychological sciences.

The Course assumes a good knowledge of the Italian language

The course, which has a total duration of 20 hours, is divided into 19 educational modules on specific topics such as physical, economic, and psychological violence, stalking, gender-based violence on the Web, harassment in professional relationships, and combating discrimination, stereotypes, and gender bias. Each educational module consists of a short video pill in which the main notions on a specific topic are provided, and a video talk with guests dedicated to specific focuses and the telling of stories and lived experiences, concerning the topic covered within the module.

Lectures will be held asynchronously with video/audiorecording

Attendance is mandatory

A multiple-choice quiz is offered for each module.
