Course program
The course will provide an in-depth analysis of the following subject matters: 1) Innovation, Technology, and Data protection;
2) Law of Contract and Information Society Services;
3) Personal Data, Digital Assets, and Property Rights; 4) Civil Liability - Artificial Intelligence.
Prerequisites
Students must have an overall knowledge of the institutes of Private Law.

Frequency
The course will be in-person, and class attendance is not mandatory.
Exam mode
The course is about more than just the teacher's presentation of the subject matter.
It requires students' active interaction, where they can propose spontaneous questions and observations or be solicited by the teachers on topics. Students’ profitable participation during classes will be considered within the overall assessment of their preparation, emphasizing our value on their contributions.
Lesson mode
The final exam will consist of an individual oral interview. It will take about 20 minutes and consist of three questions on different items.
