COMPILATION OF THE STUDY PATH

Depending on the year of enrolment, students must follow two separate procedures for their study path.

1. Students registered since the 2011/2012 academic year

From the 2011/2012 academic year, all those enrolling in the single-cycle masters degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology are required to submit their study plan, starting from their third year of study, through an on-line application.

Procedures and instructions

By accessing their personal page on the Infostud system, students will find the "Study paths" function through which they can design their own study path and submit it for approval to teaching committee.

Failure to submit a study plan will block the possibility to book exams that are not a compulsory part of their degree course.

Therefore, for all Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology students, failure to present or failure to obtain approval of their study plan will make it impossible to book the optional CHIM/09 exam (4th year), the complementary exam (4th year), as well the free choice exam (5th year).

Regarding the freely chosen examination, please note that this course, which can be autonomously chosen by student from the entire University course catalogue (therefore also courses not pertaining directly to the degree course profile), must however be consistent with the training objectives of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and is subject to approval by the Degree Programme Committee, unless the course is part of the elective or complementary courses.

Every year, it is possible to modify the study path and compile a new one.

Students who intend to modify their personal study plan in the current academic year in which their plan has already been approved must necessarily send by e-mail a motivated request for cancellation to one of the contacts for study paths (see below), and, following cancellation of the previous one, compile a new one. The cancellation request must be made from January 16th to February 28th or from June 16th to September 30th.

Finally, it is important to remember that it is essential to present your study plan (by clicking the button which is shaped in the form of an envelope) within the deadlines indicated below in order to avoid any inconvenience related to the booking of exams.

Periods and deadlines

For the 2021/2022 academic year Infostud provides access to the "Study paths" function only in the following time periods:

  • from the 1st of September 2021 to the 28th of February 2022;
  • from the 16th of June 2022 to the 30th of September 2022.

2. Students who enrolled before the 2011/2012 academic year

Students who enrolled in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology before the 2011/2012 academic year (and have not subsequently made a change of programme through the compilation of an online study path) are required to communicate their choices by filling in and submitting an application in paper form to the Faculty Sort, within the same deadlines set for students who compile their study plan online (see previous paragraph). Below are the forms required.
