Il manuale e'  “Diritto diplomatico-consolare internazionale ed europeo", di Carlo Curti Gialdino, arrivato alla sesta edizione, Giappichelli editore.

 

Per i non frequentanti sono previsti due saggi a scelta da pubblicazione che verr' indicata.

 

Gli esami si svolgono in modalita' orale, in presenza o in remoto a seconda delle indicazioni della Sapienza. 

 

E' possibile preparare una breve tesina (facoltativa) sugli argomenti trattati nel corso

Mr. Gianluca Alberini is the Deputy Political Director and Principal Director for UN and Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy since September 2019.
A career diplomat since 1992, with the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary, he has recently held posts in Rome as Envoy for Syria and Coordinator for the Anti-ISIS coalition, at the Embassy of Italy in Washington as Head of the Political Section, and previously as Consul General of Italy in Istanbul, Turkey.
He chaired the G8 Global Partnership Working Group during the Italian G8 Presidency in 2009 and coordinated the Italian participation in the Proliferation Security Initiative and the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism .
Before those posts, Mr. Alberini served at the MFA as Chief of Staff to the Secretary General (2005-2007), Chief of Staff to the Director General, European Countries Department (2002-2005) and in the Africa Department (1992-94) taking part to the Rome peace negotiations for Mozambique.
Previous assignments abroad included a position as Consul of Italy in Detroit (1999-2002), Head of the Commercial Office at the Embassy of Italy in Libya (1994 1999) and briefly as Deputy Chief of Mission in Mogadishu, Somalia, during the first phase of the UNOSOM operation.
Mr. Alberini holds a degree in Political Science from the LUISS-Guido Carli University in Rome (1989), with a specialization in International Relations. He is also an alumnus of SIOI (Italian Society for the International Organization) in Rome and of the Center for Higher Studies of Defense (IASD) in Rome and is Professor of Diplomatic and Consular Law at the University La Sapienza in Rome.
