Modalità di valutazione: scritto e orale
La prova scritta si svolge in 1 ora di tempo e comprende 4 esercizi sui principali argomenti trattati a lezione quali:

 

- analisi di pedigree
- leggi di Mendel e citogenetica
- costruzione di mappe genetiche
- genetica batterica
- analisi delle tetradi
- genetica di popolazione
- meiosi
- mutazioni geniche e cromosomiche
- mappatura per delezione e ricombinazione

 

Il voto minimo per accedere all'orale è 16/30

La prova orale consiste in un colloquio con il docente allo scopo di verificare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di conoscenze e competenze acquisite, così come le abilità comunicative, la proprietà di linguaggio, la chiarezza espositiva e la capacità critica di fronte a problemi genetici. Il tempo dedicato alla prova orale è di circa 20 minuti. Il voto finale risulterà da una media fra le due prove scritta e orale.

Lectures are held every Wednesday and Friday at 2-4 pm in presence in the classroom Aula B of Ortopedia - Facoltà di Farmacia e Medicina, Città Universitaria, CU016-E01PR1L00

 

Evaluation modality

The evaluation consists of a written test on the topics covered in Modules I and II. It will contain both multiple choice questions and simple exercises on Mendel laws and human genetics. Time required for the tests is 1h. The minimal evaluation to pass the exam is 18/30. Oral questions can be answered in order to improve the vote of the written test (minimal vote required 16/30).
