CRIMINAL LAW II

COURSE CONTENT AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES
During the course, the main criminal offences falling within the following areas will be examined:
- OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON;
- OFFENCES AGAINST PROPERTY;
- OFFENCES COMMITTED BY PUBLIC OFFICIALS AGAINST THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION;
- OFFENCES AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE;
- OFFENCES AGAINST STATE SECURITY;
- OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER;
- OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SAFETY.
ORAL EXAMINATION
- Students who attend the course (with attendance of at least 80% of in-person classes) will receive specific instructions at the end of the course, based on the offences covered during the lectures and also taking into account the period within which the examination is to be taken. In any event, slides and other materials useful for preparing for the examination will be provided during the course.
- Non-attending students will be required to study the material indicated in the recommended textbooks.
