2002 PhD in Medicinal Chemistry (XIV ciclo), University of Rome Sapienza . Experimental thesis work on Modificazioni di peptidi bioattivi Supervisor: Prof. Gino Lucente.

1997 National Abilitation for Pharmacist profession.

1997 Degree in Pharmacy at the University of Rome Sapienza . Experimental thesis work on "Attivazione interfacciale delle lipasi. Sintesi, caratterizzazione e proprietà di 1,2-diacil-3-O-(D-galatttopiranosil)-gliceroli. (acile=lauroile)" (experience in Organic Synthesis). Supervisors: Prof. G. Ortaggi.

Research activity
The scientific activity, documented by 38 publications, is mainly aimed at design, synthesis, conformational analysis, structure-activity relationships and biological evaluation of endogenous ligands of pharmaceutical interest. The most recent research deals with the study of molecules active on biomolecular targets involved in the transmission of nociceptive stimuli and in particular on modulators of the endocannabinoids system (ECS) and the superfamily TRP ion channels (transient receptor potential).
