Objectives
This course is aimed at providing knowledge of financial regulation with particular reference to financial transactions (i.e. securitization; project financing, trust) and financial products. The study assumes knowledge of contract and commercial law. The purpose of this course is to teach the current law and practice regarding regulation, enforcement, documentation and negotiation of financial products and in complex financing architectures. Subjects covered include: i) Italian and European law; ii) regulation of Italian and European supervisory authorities; iii) soft law rules; iv) the drafting and negotiation of master Agreements.
