Objectives

The course aims to illustrate the discipline of the bank as a firm, from both private law and bank regulation points of view.

Skills acquired : Students who have passed the examination of the banking law will be able to navigate the complex discipline, essentially the Banking Act and the Supervisory Instructions, which regulates the life of the bank , from its constitution to its extinction, through the crisis management tools; and they will also be able to find the documents and sources of the discipline, primarily through institutional websites (Bank of Italy, Consob; etc . ) .
