Ankica Kosic è Professore Associato in Psicologia Sociale presso il Dipartimento di Psicologia dei Processi di Sviluppo e di Socializzazione, Facoltà di Medicina e Psicologia, Sapienza - Università di Roma.
Nel periodo 2006 2008 ha ricevuto Marie Curie Fellowship ed è stata affiliata come ricercatrice presso l European Research Centre, Kingston University, UK. La dott.ssa Kosic ha svolto una ricerca sui processi di riconciliazione fra i giovani nelle zone post-conflitto, Belfast (Irlanda del Nord) e Vukovar (Croazia).
Settembre 2001 Dicembre 2006, la dott.ssa Kosic ha lavorato come Research Fellow al Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute, Firenze, nell ambito di quattro progetti finanziati dalla Commissione Europea.
Ha inoltre svolto l attività di docenza presso varie Università.
