"Erasmus Mundus STEPS program is a perfect international program. The STEPS program not only cultivates our ability to do academic research but also adequate skills to work in a company.The organizers of STEPS program are very helpful. If we have problems, they will offer a lot of help. If we have any complaints about the program, they will make improvement as quickly as possible.
I've met many great people and learned many interesting things. I feel that I didn't just accumulate knowledge and developed professionally in the fields of power electronics , machines and control, but I've also developed as a human being and became a more understanding and, hopefully, better person than I was when I started.
