- European Competition and State Aid Law (LM-90)
The course will start on the 15th of September 2025. Lectures will be held in the following days:
– Tuesday, h. 8-10 am, Room 6;
– Wednesday, h. 8-10 am, Room 6.
Students attending the course in person will be informed of the relevant materials during class. For those not attending classes, the adopted textbook is J.W. Van de Gronden and C.S. Rusu, "Competition Law in the EU: Principles, Substance, Enforcement" (Edward Elgar, 2024, 2nd edition), pp. 2-33, 54-89, 105-173, 191-246, 269-327, 470-488, 496-531.

Il corso avrà inizio lunedì 15 settembre. Le lezioni si svolgeranno il lunedì e il martedì, dalle 11:00 alle 14:00, in aula 5.
