Plant pathology
Host-pathogen interaction focused on the molecules involved during the infection phase. Screening of microorganisms potentially pathogenic.
Methods of evaluation
Analysis based on the metabolomic profile by mass spectrometry approach, genetic manipulation of the microorganisms, sequencing approach (NGS) to evaluate the presence of the pathogens
