Supervision, PhD Examination & Alumni
I have supervised more than 40 PhD students both at Verona and Rome Universities. I have been PhD committee member at national (e.g. Milan, Pisa, Bologna) and, international (Oxford, UK and Tilburg, NL) Universities. I have launched and I currently coordinate the CoSAN International Ph.D. program entirely paid by the Sapienza University of Rome. This is a high-standard national program open to Italian and from all-over-the-world, students and in partnership with important European Universities (http://www.cosanphd.com/).

Research Activity
Over the past 25 years, my career developed in domains related to behavioural neurology and cognitive neuroscience, where I would sare to say I have opened a number of different innovative lines of research. In the past 7 years I become fascinated by the emerging field of Social Neuroscience and I think I have contributed to it with new ideas and research approaches.
