- Indipendent/dependent workers, specially in creative and care sectors, representation (mis)alignment and new form of associationism;
- middle classes transformation in comparative political economic perspective
- organisational and institutional sperimentalism for better work and policies (for the latter, mainly using a street level bureaucracy approach)
