A caua della partecipazione ad un congresso, le lezioni sia del corso di Psicologia delle organizzazioni, sia dei corsi di Psicologia della formazione e di Psicologia della formazione per le organizzazioni inizieranno nella settimana del 3 ottobre. Le lezioni saranno recuperate bella settimana successiva alla conclusione del corso.

Maria Luisa Farnese, psychologist (Sapienza University of Rome), chartered psychologist and psychotherapist (Sapienza University of Rome), earned her PhD in Work and Organization Psychology from the University of Bologna. She currently serves as associate professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, Sapienza University of Rome, teaching Organizational psychology (bachelor s degree) and Psychosocial methods in organizational research (master s degree). Key themes that underlie her research include organizational learning and learning from mistakes dynamics, trust processes in workplace, socialization at work and pre-professional identity building, organizational culture. On these issues she published several journal articles and books.
