RESTORATION AND LANDSCAPE STUDIO 
The course aims at acquiring a theoretical and historical framework for restoration, based on history of conservation, its theories, and contemporary debates, in order to apply this knowledge to landscapes, natural environments, and urban contexts. Develop methodological analytical skills to conduct critical and well-documented analyses of sites, using tools such as historical research and surveys to understand the transformations that have occurred over time and the values to be preserved. Design conservation and enhancement interventions by acquiring the necessary skills to develop concrete and well-informed project proposals that can define appropriate conservation strategies and represent them through effective graphic presentations.

ORGANIZATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE FOR RESTORATION
The course aims at teaching basic skills in the organization of a conservation building yard at its different stages and in its various aspects. In specific, the many different requests of a conservation work will be put into evidence: on one side productivity and optimization of the work, on the other the needs of a historical critical comprehension of the building. On these premises, the course tackles the problems of a building yard and, more specifically, those of a conservation work (in specific reference to the sequence of operations to achieve and to the knowledge of the building).
