EXAMs INFO
1. The special exam session is open only to students who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Article 40, par. 6 of the Regolamento per la frequenza dei corsi di laurea e laurea magistrale e contribuzione studentesca. Please check the regulation carefully before registering.
2. Students enrolled in the M-Z channel (BA in Scienze Aziendali) should take the exam with Prof. Ersilia Incelli.
3. Students are requested to consult the e-learning pages (MOODLE) of their respective courses for exam materials (slides, exercises, mock tests, etc.) and exam information (course syllabus, evaluation criteria, exam instructions and groups schedule).

Curriculum

Remo Appolloni holds a double PhD in English Literature, Language, and Translation from Sapienza University of Rome and in Linguistics from the University of Silesia in Katowice. His research focuses on historical corpus linguistics, applying statistical methods to examine the standardisation of morphological and lexical features in Early Modern English economic discourse.
He has received advanced training in corpus linguistics and quantitative research methods at Lancaster University and the University of Birmingham. He has taught English for academic and professional purposes as an adjunct lecturer in undergraduate programmes at Sapienza University of Rome and has experience in corporate training in business English.
He is a member of the Italian research network on the history of the English language (SLIN), the Italian Association for English Studies (AIA), and the International Society for Historical Lexicography and Lexicology (ISHLL).
