the study of the discipline leads to an understanding of the principles and legal concepts of the Roman system in a perspective of comparison with the contemporary systems.
- Applied knowledge and understanding skills: the knowledge of Roman law, as root common to many current legal systems, allows the jurist to understand the basic characteristics of the various systems and to understand common features and differences on the basis of principles.
- Autonomy of judgment: the knowledge of the juridical principles on which numerous current regulations are based leads the jurist future to analyze the juridical rules according to their adhesion (or not) to the concept of juridical system.

- provide critical and methodological tools;
- integrate the knowledge of the rules with a philosophical-legal culture aimed at learning the difference between legality and justice;
- consider jurist training in a legal cultural context in which philosophy and science have a connected and incisive role;
- contextualize the discipline in a space of confrontation between juridical, economic and social science, in the contemporary condition that registers attention to the use of algorithmic tools and AI in all phases of the legal experience.

The course is aimed at students who have already acquired adequate institutional knowledge of the
civil right. It proposes to deepen critically, in the light of the guidelines
doctrinal and jurisprudential, the discipline of the acts of private autonomy and, in particular, of the
contract, relying on the examination of specific themes and issues, from which to derive,
inductively, general principles. This is functional to ed training
the refinement of a correct methodological approach, as well as the acquisition and allotment
development of the diagnostic skills necessary for the correct treatment of legal problems.
Knowledge of the discipline of the main contractual types functional to the transfer of ownership and the establishment of rights on real estate.
The teaching focuses on the practical-applicative dimension, through the analysis of the most widespread contractual forms, of the techniques for drafting the shops and of the jurisprudential material, in order to allow students to draw up contracts concerning real estate and resolve the main real estate negotiation issues

The course is aimed at living to students (enrolled in “Magistrale” Degree
Course) a general mastery, firstly, of the framework of jurisdictional
protection under Constitutional principles; secondly, of the specific
principles governing civil litigation proceedings (in particular, the one
according to which the civil proceedings is commenced and continued by
party’s initiative). Furthermore, the course is aimed at illustrating the
difference between the various instruments for protecting rights (by full and
ordinary proceedings, by summary proceedings, by enforcement
proceedings, by interim proceedings and by possessory proceedings) and it
aims at examining each relevant procedural issue.
Knowledge and Understanding
At the end of the course students are expected to have acquired full
knowledge and understanding, firstly, of the framework of jurisdictional
protection under Constitutional principles and of the specific principles
governing civil litigation proceedings (in particular, the one according to
which the civil proceedings is commenced and continued by party’s
initiative) and of the differences between the various instruments for
protecting rights (by full and ordinary proceedings, by summary
proceedings, by enforcement proceedings, by interim proceedings and by
possessory proceedings) and of each relevant procedural issue. In
particular, the main learning objective is the understanding of: a) with
reference to the general provisions: the jurisdiction, translatio judicii,
competence (and its modifications), the grounds of legal action, the judge’s
powers and duties, plaintiff and defendant’s role, proceedings involving
more parties, procedure acts and pleadings; b) with reference to civil
litigation: the general rules governing the proceedings and their relevant
stages (in particular, the evidentiary stage and the final stage, together with
the different types of judgments), both on fist instance and on appeal; c) with
reference to enforcement proceedings: the rules governing the writ of
execution, the various forms of enforcement proceedings and the logic of
filing opposition; d) with reference to special proceedings, the rules
governing order for payments proceedings (and the logic of the relevant
opposition), summary proceedings and possessory proceedings
Applying knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course students are expected on one side to have acquired
the skills to interpret the civil procedure law sources and to make links
between the civil procedure law institutions and on the other side to have
acquired the understanding of the doctrinal and jurisprudential opinions on
the main procedural institutions as well as the relevant application
consequences. With reference to this learning objective, supplementary
didactics and directed studies will be provided

The fiscal function. The notion of tribute.
The constitutional principles of tax matters. The subjects of the tax relationship.
The interpretative and implementing function of the financial administration. Prodromal obligations and tax return.

The teaching aims to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the most widespread special contracts, with particular regard to those most relevant to the contemporary business reality, also considered in its interactions with domestic and international markets, paying attention both to the typical contracts governed by the civil code or by special laws, as regards atypical contracts elaborated by practice. The student will acquire the ability to actively participate in the resolution of the legal issues examined and to formulate, in depth, autonomously judgments and arguments, in written and oral form, in relation to them, also adapting the proposed solutions with critical awareness to changing contexts of reference.

The educational objective of the course is to provide the student with a set of basic skills in the field of measurement and statistical analysis of economic phenomena, with particular reference to the macro level.
