Graduation

To access the final exam, the student must have acquired the number of university credits required by the legislation in force.

The final test is writing an original scientific monograph (written dissertation or multimedia electronic paper) on a topic chosen in consultation with a teacher from one of the scientific-disciplinary sectors listed in the curricular tables and written under his supervision. The candidate's ability to critically master the Italian and international scientific bibliography, as well as to bring new elements of knowledge to the field concerning the research topic through the examination of the necessary primary sources, must be demonstrated during the preparation of the Final Exam (which is listed in the Table for 30 credits). Students in the Italian-French course can take their final exam according to the processes outlined in the Sapienza University's individual agreements with the partner universities.

The final exam consists of the drafting of a scientific paper on the subject (agreed with a teacher) which will be presented by the candidate to a Commission composed of at least 7 Course Teachers, who will evaluate it by assigning the final grade.
