Passing the internship test expressed in thirtieths consists of knowing how to: develop a care plan (nursing diagnosis, objectives, interventions, evaluation) relating to an articulated clinical case; correctly carry out a complex dilution of a drug; correctly carry out a procedure with a simulator. The time allowed for the practical test is 15/20 minutes; For the purposes of evaluating the practical test, clinical knowledge, problem solving skills, consistency and relevance to the development of the proposed care plan will be considered; the ability to mentally and quickly calculate a dose of medication; dexterity, dexterity, precision, respect for the technique and scientific foundations that support it, the methods of approaching the patient in the execution of the procedure and the evaluations reported in the various operating units in which the student attended the internship activity.
The final grade of the internship exam is the result:
a. the marks of the examination tests, the average of the evaluations drawn up by the coordinators during the clinical internship relating to the current academic year;

Lesson mode
Professional internship plus exercise in simulation laboratories that allow and facilitate practical technical learning and the development of clinical skills. The internship is carried out in the operational contexts of the health and district services accredited and affiliated with the university. During the internship, the student is guided by the reference clinical tutors and is required to maintain a behavior appropriate to the professional role for which he is training: take care of the person (health, hygiene, appearance), wear the uniform with decorum and appropriateness, free of jewelry, displaying the identification card; address users, their families and all operators with respect, kindness and good humor; respect the shifts and internship hours, communicate any absences or delays to their clinical tutor of reference; maintain an attitude in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics for Nurses. During the internship, the clinical tutor exercises a constant evaluation of the student's learning in order to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the training process. If the student does not achieve the educational objectives set for that particular internship cycle with a consequent negative evaluation, he/she is obliged to repeat it at the same operating unit or similar area according to the instructions received from the Director of Education. • The referring nurse and/or the Nurse Coordinator have the duty and responsibility for the certification assessment of the internship. The evaluation is conducted at the end of the internship in a special evaluation form drawn up by the Director of Education and the Coordinators/Tutors of the year and delivered by the student to the Department Staff. The evaluation form must be completed in all its parts and must be analyzed with the student.
