Course program
Clinical internship carried out in outpatient clinics and cardiorespiratory and intensive care units of the University Hospital affiliated with the course. Activities focused on clinical observation and supervised performance of basic manual techniques, under the guidance of clinical physiotherapist tutors
Prerequisites
Students who may access the internship are those who: - have regularly attended the theoretical training activities - have regularly attended the laboratory sessions identified as preparatory to the internship. Furthermore, before starting the internship activities, the student must undergo the necessary medical examinations for health surveillance, as well as the training and information required by current legislation on workplace safety.

- Presentation and discussion of a clinical case - Oral examination concerning the skills acquired during the three years of the program - Practical test involving the complete autonomous management of a previously unencountered clinical case, in order to demonstrate the possession of both disciplinary and transversal knowledge and skills.
Lesson mode
Internship activities will take place within rehabilitation settings appropriate to the students' level of learning, including departments aligned with the subjects covered in the third year of the program. Activities will be carried out both within the university facilities of the hosting hospital and in selected external sites and institutions.
